Salary and financial benefits
We offer a great starting salary with uncapped commission which is one of the strongest in the market. You are in control of your commission earnings and you will see a direct reward for the effort that you put into your work. The commission structure on offer is such that you are able to achieve your goals earlier than you planned.

Pensions and financial incentives

We also offer the Amoria Management Incentive Plan (AMIP) which offers you the chance to earn shares with Amoria Bond once you have achieved management status.
Amoria Bond Charitable Trust
We can offer you the chance to give something back as well through the work of the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust. This trust aims to improve the lives of people less fortunate based locally to the company offices through schemes to alleviate poverty and improve educational prospects. The charity also undertakes global work to advance education and improve the prospects in countries such as Peru.
Recruitment can be a challenging role so the provision of annual leave is an important consideration. Everyone at sales consultant level or above gets 25 days holiday as standard after 12 months service with an additional day being added for each year’s service (up to a maximum of 30 days). We also give all team members two extra days holiday during the Christmas break which are gifted by the Directors of the business and are not part of your annual holiday allowance. You can also use a day of your holiday allowance as a ‘Duvet Day’ – simply call in on the morning and take the day off…whatever the circumstances! We offer a reward for exemplary attendance record throughout the year with 3 extra days off being offered to anyone who does not come in late and does not have a day off sick in that year.
