During September and October 2017, Amoria Bond won a number of recruitment industry awards to take the overall total of awards won during 2017 to 8 with the promise of more to come before the end of the year! The most recent awards were from Recruiter Investing In Talent in the categories of ‘Most Effective professional development programme’ and ‘Best temporary recruitment company to work for’.
We’re delighted to have achieved our charity pledge to help house 500 people in the Las Laderas township in Peru. In August 2017, a team from Amoria Bond went out and completed the construction of the final tranche of houses to reach the total of 100 homes built. The team actually managed to get one more than expected home built in their time. Great work guys!
Germany in September can only mean one thing! Yes, Oktoberfest!! The reason why it is called Oktoberfest but it is held in September might be lost in time but it didn’t stopped our colleagues from the Koln office enjoying a post work beer or two!

We have offices in 4 countries and employ people from over 17 different nations. In the last 12 months, we placed more then 1,000 people in positions across 40 different nations. Our expansion plans include opening additional international offices over the next 5 years, creating future opportunities for our employees to work and live abroad.

The role that Amoria Bond plays in the local community is an important aspect of the business and we are keen to give something back whenever and wherever possible. In 2016, we helped a local school to the Manchester office to re-open their library.

At Amoria Bond, we have international training days and sales conferences in some 5 star locations across the world including trips to the USA, Dubai, Spain, Morocco, France, Portugal and skiing in the Alps to name just a few of the places that we have been in recent years.
Leah Brown is one of the senior performance coaches within the business. We spend on average £12.5k per person on training and development of our teams per annum. We are proud of the number of team members that we have progressed through the ranks to senior positions within the business.
We have the 10 Steps Progression plan which is a structured programme to take team members from a trainee and entry level with the business and progress them through to senior management. We're proud of the amount of team members that have moved through the ranks of the business and have become members of the senior management team as well as leaders within the office locations.
Recruitment is a challenging role where maintaining consistent energy levels is an important factor. We offer a variety of ways to increase your annual holiday allowance up to a maximum of 35 days per year.
Everyone at Consultant level and above receives 25 days holiday as standard after 12 months of service. Additional days are added for each year of service thereafter up to a maximum of 30 days.
We also give all employees two additional days off during the winter break which means an extended Christmas and New Year period for all.
Further more, to reward an exemplary attendance record, if you don’t have a day off sick throughout the year then you’ll receive 3 extra days holiday added to the following year’s allowance.
Amongst some of the most popular benefits that we offer our colleagues are those for a Friday. If you meet your weekly targets, then you can finish at 1pm without using your holiday allowance. Everyone also finishes at 4pm as well, Once a month, we have the Lunch Club and if you hit your targets for the month, then you can earn an afternoon off to be wined and dined at a top local restaurant paid for by the business.
