Your business development role will involve booking and attending meetings with clients, negotiating, sourcing candidates, using social media and making job offers. You will be fully responsible for taking candidates right the way through their job search from start to finish. We are looking for sales people who can demonstrate consistent success within facing or a phone based business development environment, who are ready to take on a long term sales opportunity working for Amoria Bond, generating new business and managing existing relationships, both over the phone and face to face. Sales experience from any industry will do, whether you’ve been selling door to door or over the phone, as long as you are confident, persuasive and willing to learn.
