This isn’t just about grabbing CVs from job boards and waiting for applications; we’re looking for an innovative talent specialist and you can expect lots of variety within this role. You will meet candidates, use social media, create videos, deliver webinars and become your own credible brand within a successful emerging brand. You won’t be restricted by just ‘one way to hire’ you will have freedom and flexibility to try new strategies, implement your own new ideas and help shape the candidate attraction process for the UK. You’ll have access to our award winning training department which consists of performance coaches, external trainers and an online suite of training videos so that your ability as a talent specialist continues to develop. We will give you your own 5 step progression plan which is based purely on your own success which means that your earnings and leadership responsibilities will evolve along with your abilities. You’ll also have a 4pm finish every Friday for your troubles!
As well as commission payments for every hire, you will also have access to multiple incentives to help reward and recognise your hard work.
