We are interested in hearing from experienced recruitment consultants from any IT based discipline who have a history of successful recruitment and strong people management. Whether you are from Fintech, hardware, Big Data, security or any other sector within technology, you will have the opportunity to develop your own technology division at Amoria Bond. You will be responsible for the full 360 cycle of contract recruitment and be responsible for managing new and existing recruiters at Amoria Bond.
As a member of the leadership team at Amoria Bond, you will interview potential new hires, conduct business reviews, work alongside the in-house performance coaches to ensure that your team members are developing their skills and support your team as they develop their technology knowledge and work their way through their own progression plan.
