• Working hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday. 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Friday
You will be proactively contacting our existing customers, updating them on any changes, building relationships with them, meeting them face to face when required and responding to any service queries.
The customer services role is extremely varied, with the primary aims of providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, identifying any issues or problems that could arise and affect the relationships between our business and the candidates that we place into employment. You will be trained to deal with basic legal and financial queries and you will become the brand ambassador for our business within our existing customer base.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, along with an enthusiastic approach to customer service. The successful customer services manager will be organised, proactive, highly enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy problem-solving.
You will have proven experience of working within a phone-based customer service, recruitment or sales environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established company offering a stable long term career. As this role involves meeting with our customers face-to-face, a driving license is essential for this role.
