Reporting directly into the Executive-Board, Amoria Bond is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales trainer to manage and implement the training strategy across our dynamic organisation, which has been ranked as one of the fastest growing international business for the past 3 years running.
This training and development manager role will impact the coaching, progression and retention of new and emerging recruitment consultants. It is one of our most important roles within Amoria Bond.
What you’ll be doing…
As our sales trainer, you be responsible for the design and delivery of company-wide learning and development training programs that drive productivity, strategic growth, and enhances employee engagement. This includes talent development at all levels of our recruitment sales teams from trainee to Executive Management.

The ideal training and development manager will be highly experienced in learning and development, with a solid track record of successfully training sales and/or recruitment teams in a fast paced environment. Articulate and with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude, the new training and development manager will be inspirational, charismatic and proactive. A relevant L&D qualification could be advantageous but is not essential.
